Zazen Meditation  ( Deluxe Collection )

Zazen Meditation is a new assembly of some of my musical pieces yhat promoting maditation in a seated posture 

( ZA ) and meditative ( ZEN ). This kind of meditation consists of allowing thoughts passing without entertaining them and to be only in the present moment in what we called ( Here and Now ) and quite simply experience an unusual moment of relaxation.
